MMM Appoints New Senior Managers



The Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality (MMM) is ushering in a new era of leadership with the appointment of two senior managers. Earlier today, Executive Mayor Cllr. Gregory Nthatisi and City Manager Mr. Sello More officially welcomed Mr. Luvuyo Ntoyi as the Head of the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Miss Zuziwe Lydia Thekiso as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a formal ceremony.


The appointments are part of MMM’s strategic initiative to enhance service delivery and financial management within the municipality.


Mr. Luvuyo Ntoyi, the new Head of the Project Management Unit, brings with him a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale projects. He is expected to play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of the municipality's development projects. His expertise will be crucial in addressing infrastructure needs and driving sustainable growth across the region.


Miss Zuziwe Lydia Thekiso, stepping into the role of Chief Financial Officer, is well-known for her exceptional financial acumen. She has a proven track record in public sector finance and is poised to enhance the financial stability and transparency of the municipality. Her leadership is anticipated to foster a robust financial environment that supports the city’s strategic objectives.


Executive Mayor Cllr. Gregory Nthatisi expressed confidence in the new appointees, stating, "Mr. Ntoyi and Miss Thekiso possess the skills and vision needed to propel our municipality forward.
