The Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality (MMM) is ushering in a new era of leadership with the appointment of two senior managers. Earlier today, Executive Mayor Cllr. Gregory Nthatisi and City Manager Mr. Sello More officially welcomed Mr. Luvuyo Ntoyi as the Head of the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Miss Zuziwe Lydia Thekiso as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a formal ceremony.
The appointments are part of MMM’s strategic initiative to enhance service delivery and financial management within the municipality.
Mr. Luvuyo Ntoyi, the new Head of the Project Management Unit, brings with him a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale projects.
